§01 Cancel anytime
Pro is billed by Paddle, our payment processor. After purchase, Paddle sends you a confirmation email containing links that take you into Paddle's customer portal. From there, you can cancel the subscription with one click. Access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Unable to locate the email? Send a message to sean@redimates.com from the address used at checkout, and we will process the cancellation within one business day.
§02 Refund within 14 days
Within 14 days of purchase or renewal, the most efficient route is the same Paddle confirmation email — any link within it takes you into Paddle's customer portal, where you may submit a refund request directly. Should you prefer human assistance, send a message to sean@redimates.com from the address used at checkout, and we will process the refund through Paddle within one business day.
Cancellation and refund are independent actions. Issuing a refund does not stop future renewals; cancelling the subscription does not refund prior charges. If both are required, please complete each separately — both controls are available within the same customer portal.
Outside the 14-day window, refunds are granted at our discretion. Please contact us with the relevant details, and we will review your request individually. Paddle's general refund policy applies as the underlying consumer-protection standard.
§03 Lost your License Key?
If you bought on this browser, your key is shown above on this page. You can also see it inside the Redimates panel on any Reddit page — click the Pro badge to reveal it.
On a new device or after clearing your data, write to sean@redimates.com from your purchase email — we'll look up your subscription in Paddle and email the key back, usually within a few hours.
